Shipping

Processing time is 3–4 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Total delivery time is 10–14 business days depending on carrier volume and destination. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or investigation using your tracking number. 

BESTYOUDONEMET does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, or for packages reported as lost. All delivery concerns must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
