Shipping policy

By placing an order with BESTYOUDONEMET, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

STANDARD SHIPPING
• Processing Time: 2-3 business days

• Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days after processing

• Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, BYDM Brand is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your tracking shows “delivered”, the package is considered successfully delivered. Any issues regarding delivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier by opening a claim or investigation using your tracking number.

BESTYOUDONEMET does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered or lost packages.
